REFUND PROCEDURES AND POLICY
How do I get my refund?
Within ten days of your deposit you can either have a credit in your account or welcome to request a refund if you have a credit balance over $2 or leave the funds on account for a future term.

How do I get my refund?
Please provide such requests by return email to both Dr. Vincent Sabourin at performx-president@usa.net and Steven Goodin at performx-mgmt@usa.net which must provide the following details.
  • Your group and personal full name
  • Your complete civic address
  • Your telephone number
  • Your fax number
  • Your email address
  • A copy of your payment receipt voucher
  • The date, place and time of our seminar
  • The reason what prompted such refund
IMPORTANT CONSIDERATIONS
Overpayments will automatically be applied against the following term or may be refunded on request after the seminar withdrawal deadlines.

Your request for refund will be processed as soon as possible and verification of your account may take some time, especially during peak refund request periods.

You should expect that a refund will normally be issued within two weeks of your request, after the withdrawal with full refund deadline.

If a participant has paid their account by a wire transfer and then cancels their registration, the credit may be refunded to the originating bank account by wire transfer, less the cost of the returned wire transfer.

WITHDRAWAL FROM SEMINAR GREATER THEN 11 DAYS BUT LESS THEN 21 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF SUCH SEMINAR
They will be automatically charged the greater of either a $200 Registration Cancellation Fee per participant or their registration deposit fee to cover administrative costs of registration.
