B.G. assistant Deputy Minister of Finance, Provincial Government, Canada
From June 2009 to November 2009, my seniors and I completed the Performex training successfully.
The content of the training was interesting and stimulating. The discussions were constructive and helped identify the obstacles that we face in our jobs. We also had the chance to identify solutions and discuss ways to improve the management of our respective departments. I found the training to be very useful even though we were going through a demanding period.
In the final lap of the training, the managers were able to apply the theories to practical situations and see for themselves the vast improvements with their departments. The three key elements which impressed me most in this training were the following:
- Each manager had the chance to implement the theoretical knowledge imparted through this training to practice within the team/department.
- We had the opportunity to identify and establish processes and management practices to improve the performance our organization.
- We improved the collaboration of the managers among the various departments and established a very constructive dialogue to found solutions to the challenges we face.
This is why I would like to recommend this training.
