Dr. Vincent Sabourin is the founder for the execution of organizational objectives Performex© program, a training program in order to implement the best execution strategies in organizations. Dr.Sabourin has improved the performance of managers in over 100 organizations. Over the years, he has provided leadership seminars in strategy execution for more than 5,000 executives and professionals.

Having begun his career as a management consultant with Secor and econosult-Lavalin, he followed within the scope of his professional activities including for service and manufacturing companies, hospital, banks, trade associations, public and private agencies, government departments, municipalities, state corporations, transportation corporations, police departments, as well as small and medium size businesses specialized in computer and accounting services, and tourism.

For the past 20 years, Dr. Sabourin has been conducting strategy seminars to improve organizational performance across Canada and abroad for several large-scale organizations and management associations. He has been invited as a speaker, executive trainer and consultant to 15 countries, including France, Brazil, China, Belgium, Mexico, Greece, Lebanon and the Caribbean. He assists organizations in the implementation of the Performex Training Program. He interacts in French, English and Spanish. He was invited as a keynote speaker at major conferences, including the International Federation for Information Technology and Travel & Tourism and the Academy of Management of China.

Dr. Sabourin is the Head of the Department of Strategic Management and Social Responsibility of the School of Management at University of Quebec in Montreal (UQAM) and the director of the Strategy Execution Research Group (GRES).

At the community level, he served as Vice-President of the Planning Forum: the International Association of Planning and Strategic Management for the Montreal division. He received the Merit Award from the Association of professionals in economic development (formerly the Association of economic development commissioners) and was Co-chair on the leadership committee of the Quebec Insurance Quality Movement (MQQ). He is currently a member of the Board of Directors of the Greater Montreal Public Administration Institute.

Doctor Sabourin began to have an interest in systems to improve the human performance. Then he obtained a bachelor's degree in Industrial Psychology from McGill University, a MSC in Management from the Montreal HEC Business School and a doctorate in Strategic Management from McGill University under the supervision of Henry Mintzberg.
